If you ordered on Amazon
- Go to Your Orders in your Amazon account to see the delivery date and tracking.
- Amazon will send delivery updates directly.
My package is late or shows “delivered,” but I can’t find it
- Check around entrances, mailrooms, porches, and with neighbors/household.
- Some carriers mark “delivered” up to 24 hours early — give it a little time.
- If it hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a solution.
